This new feature concept would, as the description implies, be a module which would, upon being called, convert DTMF frames to MF.
While I personally do not have the knowledge to detail this concept out in regards to Asterisk itself, the concept is to simply turn DTMF tones (touch tones) into Multi Frequency (long distance) tones: conceptually this would allow for somewhat easier blue-boxing on PhreakNet, or be of value in other ways not yet conceptualized.
This was recently discussed on Discord/IRC as a joke but was seen as a novel enough idea to be put into the issues database.

Bouncing off this great idea, there should also be a framehook that converts the 3rd column to the 4th column, perhaps if held down for more than a second.
