Osmocom has done some work on allowing for E1 over IP using dahdi-trunkdev: https://gitea.osmocom.org/retronetworking/dahdi-linux/src/branch/master/drivers/dahdi/trunkdev

Adapt this for T1 for NANPA-targeted TDMoIP usage.

To start off, this will likely be PhreakScript-exclusive, but the eventual goal would be to upstream some kind of T1/E1 combo module.
