Unless a live operator is reached it is not possible to make a Zenith call. If "Brian" gets the call it is as if he does not understand the word Zenith. For example if you ask for Zenith 1-2700 he will repeat back 1 2700 and then try to dial 1 2700 which of course will not complete.
