Applications for compelled signaling are present in app_r2, but they do not actually work properly.

(The applications to merely send and receive tones as in R1/MF signaling do work properly. Things get weird though when we are both sending and receiving tones, for whatever reason).

Once that is fixed, the module can also be upstreamed.
