On coin calls that go through ACTS/TOPS or CoinZone, currently overtime is collected every minute, which can be somewhat disruptive.

Callers can overpay (at least on ACTS/TOPS), to delay the next time overtime deposit request, but it would be better if, especially for CoinZone, "signal when through" was allowed.

Since this would involve hook flash, it would need some thought to ensure it worked properly and universally across switches.
