[ASTERISK-182] chan_dahdi: Endless reorder on FXS channel after hung up on
This normally wouldn't be noticable and I'm not sure it has any real ill effect, aside from wasted resource usage, but it seems to be possible for chan_dahdi to start reorder on a channel and not stop it when the channel gets hung up.
As a test on proliant, FXO 12 is chained to FXS 14, and when originating a call to DAHDI/14 to a dialplan location, which would eventually hang up on it, if monitoring channel 14 (e.g. using the DAHDIMonitor application), reorder could still be heard even though no Asterisk channel was active for channel 14.
The only way I have found to "clear" this is to do module refresh chan_dahdi.
