AXCG0 lines fail in MARCH if any of the following features are selected: C3W, MTE, VOL

The issue is that the PhreakNet portal allows users to select these features, but the TTY subsystem does not recognize these features. Since MARCH depends on pushing everything through in one go, this causes a partial failure and then recent change commands need to be manually fixed up and run.

This could be fixed by not having this appear in the portal as options, but they could also be accepted for input so that they are accepted and just ignored until USOC translations are added for these features to enable on the switch.
