[LBBS-67] net_ftp: Set node protocol to FTPES if using Explicit TLS
Instead of using "FTPS" for FTP using both implicit/explicit TLS, change protocol to "FTPES" if using Explicit TLS: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/FTPS#Explicit
