[PHREAKSCRIPT-58] sig_analog: Allow hearpulsing gain to be adjusted
The hearpulsing feature in Asterisk is great, but often results in inpulsing audibly louder than it would have been in practice back in the day.
An option should be added to adjust the gain (down, but also up) on an adjustable basis.

My recommendation would be something like
hearpulsingfeedback=<value between 0 and 100>
(I'm not stuck on the name of the variable)
In my application I only need to turn down the volume, I don't need to turn it up.
100 would indicate 100%, no padding
50 would indicate 50% volume
Since there is already some function for "gain", it might be easier to re-use that and make the adjustment in db. Opening in PhreakScript for now, since this won't upstream until [ASTERISK-63] is resolved.
