[PHREAKSCRIPT-38] res_phreaknet: Increase cURL timeouts
1000 seconds is too short for a cURL timeout - bump this up to at least 5 seconds:

Yeah, that was the fix I intended when getting around to it.
Did this resolve the issue on your system with this patch?
Either way, it looks good, I will merge it in after the CI runs.

I still have to test it out on my system, but I think this will fix most issues.
