The CDA web portal will discontinue support for CSR signing as of May 31, 2025. Until that date, any certificates issued through the CSR signing function will have a maximum validity that extends no later than May 31, 2025. If your server certificate is issued by any of the root certificates listed below, please act now to switch over to public CA issued certificate.
Configure the URL pointing to the public root certificate as a custom CA rule on the deployed phones and ATAs.
Ensure that all phones and ATAs receive the updated configuration and install the new public root certificate in their local trust stores while the current server certificate is still active. After this step is complete, you can proceed to install the new server certificate issued by the public CA on your server.
