[ASTERISK-3] Asterisk Wiki issues
The Asterisk Wiki has a lot of outdated information.
Frequent anachronisms include references to SVN (which should be replaced with Git), and old servers (e.g. Reviewboard instead of Gerrit).

Issue should be created at issues.asterisk.org once problems with the wiki are sufficiently documented here.

The Asterisk Wiki no longer exists and much of this content has moved to the new Asterisk Docs as historical. Closing as stale since the rendering-specific stuff is moot now and the remaining stuff isn't really as impactful now and there's little benefit to fixing this content.
