[PHREAKNET-44] Show only sum of message units used per month on bills

Details

Rather than showing all local calls itemized on bills, which is not realistic, show only a count of how many message units were used for the month.

To make it more interesting, certain calls could use multiple message units, either depending on distance, location, or both.

Long distance calls would continue to be itemized and also include a total long distance call count in the sidebar.
