Currently, PhreakScript is very liberal about installing pre-reqs and related packages, but not all users necessarily like this.

Options should be available to disable installing anything that is not a hard pre-req. Installs of specific pre-reqs should be as targeted as possible and not installed unnecessarily.

Additionally, the ability to manually run menuselect or pass in a custom makeopts file is desired, as well as simply downloading/patching but not installing, etc.
