When calling BE1-1200 (or BE1-1711, with a TTY), the time and weather are not correctly returned. When mentioned in Discord, the following was mentioned.

InterLinked: Maybe it is an international fluke then... the underlying API there returns a ZIP code, so I wonder if that's why

As an aside, it seems the BE1-1711 number has less verbosity than the 1200 number; it ends after daylight information and does not key SKSK to indicate a hangup.

The code for this service actually does end in SKSK. I wonder if for some reason the transmission is being truncated early. Since calculations are required, perhaps the multiplying factor is slightly off (under).
