RC:PROV entries do not seem to be taking effect. The last several line provisions, we have had to manually load information into the system as the translations to add a provisioning entry to do not seem to work; they are accepted but the provisioning entries are not created. No other message types seem to be affected, only RC:PROV is faulty.

Several other things also appear to be quirk at the moment, as as part of the COSMOS system migration this would be a good time to perhaps allow everything to be directed through that system, for ease of use.
