Incoming calls to 355-XXXX on PhreakNet do not complete, since the SF receivers do not detect any digits. This seems to be due to a defect in the SF receivers that needs to be fixed.

This may require some dsp hackery, which has in the past caused issues with alternately making SFing and other things work well. In particular, any solution for this issue SHOULD have adequate regression testing.

It is suggested that ASTERISK-52 be resolved PRIOR to working this issue.
