Improve isolation! For all of the standard stuff that shows up in the sample menus.conf, particularly utility programs, go through and:

Install in the container and update the container quickstart install script
Document easy procedure for installing packages in the container
update menus.conf to execute such doors in the container instead of directly on the host system
